Among the amazing details revealed: Under Gianni Versace's tutelage sales were $1 billion today less than half. Since Gianni Versace's murder the brand's been constantly mismanaged by Donatella and brother Santo. Luxury retailers like Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman no longer carry the brand. Just as recently as last month while Donatella was spending money hosting the annual black-tie gala at the Whitney Museum and traveling to Brazil for Rio Rocks 350 employees were getting pink slips.
